Neha is employed in the Medical Device Research & Development industry. Through her early generous contributions, Neha helped kickstart the teachers' training and infrastructure at BARGAT Foundation. She also played a pivotal role by actively volunteering her time and expertise to provide valuable insights and guidance to BARGAT’s strategic initiatives and program development efforts. Currently, she is residing in the United States with her husband, son, and their dog.
Moitrayee is one of the founding members of Bright Beginning Preschool in Guwahati Assam. She collaborated with BARGAT Foundation in their noble cause by training their teachers and giving them hands on experience in handling children of tender age. The trained teachers will not only be imparting education to the tiny tots but also play the role of a caretaker when their actual parents would be working for livelihood. Bright Beginning School is obliged to BARGAT for allowing them to play the role of a catalyst in transforming the lives of the minor children of the Bru Community.
Manima is a Trainer with UMatter, Guwahati, providing Montessori Teachers Training and Soft Skills Training. She collaborated with BARGAT and contributed her expertise to a cause that aligns with her passion for early childhood education. Our collaborative efforts aim to create a nurturing environment that fosters not only academic growth but also the holistic development of each child. She loves empowering teachers with the tools and strategies to create inclusive, stimulating, and developmentally appropriate learning experiences. Through collaborative and interactive sessions, she aims to inspire teachers working in BARGAT’s Early Learning Centre to be lifelong learners themselves.
Silpika is employed with Tata Consultancy Services as a Lead in the Corporate Talent Development team. She is associated with the BARGAT Foundation in their endeavor to empower and provide growth avenues to underprivileged children by providing behavioral training to the Teachers. The objective of these trainings is to shape the young teachers for them to walk the talk throughout and inspire the children as role models. Silpika is also associated with NGOs like Bhumi and has worked closely with children at various shelter homes to build their life skills.
